BURNABY, BC, January 26, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — A sporting goods company, U ONE is launching the U2U Weight Plate, which can be vertically inserted and removable on the U.S. crowdfunding platform Kickstarter.

Traditional weight plates had a donut-shaped structure and were only capable of stacking method to insert and remove to the bar. As a result, all previously installed weight plates had to be taken out before inserting new ones, posing difficulties for women and the elderly to use the plates, especially with heavier plates.

The U2U Weight Plates are improved in production to minimize energy expenditure during the exercise preparation phase and fully concentrate on achieving the desired intensity of workout performance. The most significant feature is the open center hole, enabling vertical inserting and removing in any direction without the need for stacking.

The trigger-integrated design allows the users to deal with the weight plate easily with one hand, and the fall-prevention system ensures stability on the barbell bar without the need for additional clips. Furthermore, unlike the other weight plates that have to be stacked for arrangement, the U2U plates have an upright design maintaining a clean exercise space.

During the Kickstarter launch, the U2U Weight Plates will be available in of 5.5lbs weight plates. Future developments include the release of higher-weight plates. Additionally, U ONE has a vision of ongoing donations to welfare facilities and youth organizations to support individuals requiring continuous exercise and health management.

The U2U Weight Plate by U ONE can be funded through the Kickstarter site from January 25, 2024.
