Ackerman Retail’s Daniel Yi brokers lease for fast-growing mochi donut chain for prime street-level
space in Reflection student housing tower.
ATLANTA, GA, December 07, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Mochinut, the rapidly-growing California-based mochi donut chain, will open its first Downtown Atlanta location in a prime street-level retail space beneath the 742-bed, 25-story Reflection student apartment tower serving Georgia State University. The newest Mochinut in Georgia, located 111 John Wesley Dobbs Avenue, is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023.
Ackerman Retail Vice President Daniel Yi completed the lease on behalf of Boxete Group LLC, marking the franchisee’s third Mochinut store in metro Atlanta, with more locations to open next year. Dave Smith of Joel & Granot Real Estate LLC represented ownership, Atlantic Capital Properties.
