Store Features Ore’s First Published Children’s Book, “The Pixie Dogs: It’s Not Easy Being a Princess”

SEBRING, FL, August 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Young and up-and-coming artist, illustrator and cartoonist, Rachel Ore is introducing the public to her first published book, “The Pixie Dogs: It’s Not Easy Being a Princess” through the launch of her new website and online retail store. Aptly titled Ore Gifts Store, the online shop features limited edition copies of The Pixie Dogs children’s book as well as gift items inspired by the book’s animal characters, including apparel, decor, office supplies, homewares and more.

With a natural gift for art, Ore first created The Pixie Dogs at age 13, and has since spent several years perfecting the characters’ fantasy world, called Pixie Falls. “The Pixie Dogs: It’s Not Easy Being a Princess” is Ore’s first published book, though she plans to expand the story further in the future. Ore has dedicated the book to her Nana, who has encouraged and inspired her throughout her life.

Born in 1996 in California, Ore suffered a stroke at age two and was diagnosed with Aphasia and later Rheumatoid Arthritis. Despite these obstacles, she has used her vivid imagination and natural abilities to create a fantasy world and bring joy to other children.

“As a child, I loved watching cartoons of fantasy and far away worlds, which inspired me to create my own fantasy world and characters,” said Ore. “I am excited for you to meet all the characters and come on the adventure with me as I take you through the fantasy world of The Pixie Dogs.”

Ore’s online shop currently features 14 unique gifts for children and adults alike. This includes a Pixie Dogs mug, lined notebook, mousepad, t-shirts, lip balm, fleece blanket and pillows. With the holiday season quickly approaching, the store also includes Christmas-inspired merchandise such as ornaments, holiday cards and pillows. Items range in price from $5.95 to $69.00.
